The dedicated sports medicine experts at Tri-County Orthopedics take a team approach in helping athletes get back in the game quickly and safely. Serving the needs of the athletic community since 1986, we believe that education and information can assist in both the prevention and management of sports-related injuries.
It is for this reason we have developed the Athletes and Parents' Guide to Sports Medicine. Here we have an online guide to sports medicine to learn about sports injury treatment, prevention tips, recommendations for improving athletic performance, and new procedures and programs offered at Tri-County Orthopedics.
Working with athletes and their sports-related injuries and conditions, our sports medicine doctors integrate all aspects of specialized care by collectively combining their knowledge, experience, and expertise as the foundation of our Sports Medicine Center at Tri-County Orthopedics.
Our fellowship-trained sports medicine surgeons, Dr. Wayne A. Colizza, Dr. Robert J. D'Agostini, Jr., Dr. David M. Epstein, Dr. Michael I. Goldman, Dr. Stephen A. Hunt, Dr. Paul M. Lombardi, Dr. Kenneth D. Montgomery, and Dr. Andrew A. Willis, and board-certified primary care sports medicine specialist, Dr. Claudia L. Ginsberg, have all dedicated their practices to the specialized field of sports medicine.
With their commitment to continued education through attending courses, lecturing, writing, and actively learning the newest procedures and techniques, our surgeons are the most highly skilled sports medicine doctors in the area.
Our fellowship-trained and board-certified sports medicine specialists have extensive training in treating sports-related conditions using minimally invasive techniques and the most advanced surgical procedures.
The Sports Medicine Center at Tri-County Orthopedics provides our patients access to consultation Monday through Friday. Prior to your consultation, new patients will be asked to complete forms, which include medical history, demographic, and insurance information. This information, along with any current diagnostic imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI), will be utilized by your doctor to help in your diagnosis and treatment plan.
